RFI/RFP
The HCTRFI/RFP offers a standardized template for core claims
systems that health plans can use in a vanilla approach (no
changes) or can customize to further refine their specific
needs. We will be asking vendors to respond to this document
once – we will confirm the responses. In essence, your
RFP has already been completed!
The HCTRFI/RFP corresponds closely to the vendor profile
document so if additional questions are needed to be added
for specific circumstances, many of these additional answers
may also already be available.
