confines of the health plans, through interviews with
key executive staff, operations line managers and IT to
gauge current capacity to either maintain existing applications
or procure a new application. |
| Description: |
Includes 1 to 2 days of interviews through
a customized questionnaire, in which staff are asked to
focus on current and future business needs, current capabilities
of existing systems and infrastructure, and capacity to
support change. The final day (which normally takes place
a week after the interviews) is a workshop that presentations
findings, observations, and recommendations for next steps. |

- Working notes of Q&A sessions
- Narrative of findings
- PowerPoint presentation of workshop
